    • Ensure workouts are completed as per the structured program and not substituted with alternative exercises/ workout plans.

  2. Engage with the Program Features

    • Actively use the app’s progress tracking tools, including body measurements, weight tracking, or progress photos.

  3. Demonstrate Consistency

    • Provide proof of effort, including:

      • Workout completion logs.

      • Meal plan adherence (photos or app logs).

      • Weekly progress check-ins.

  4. Submit a Results Review

    • Complete a short results review form explaining the challenges faced and why they feel the program didn’t work.

    • Include any feedback or suggestions for improvement, which will be used to enhance our program offerings.

Program Eligibility: This guarantee is eligible on Level 1, 2, and 3 HIIT Pilates and Express programs only. It is not valid on the Pregnancy and Postpartum program.


Refund Process

  • Email our support team at [email protected] with the subject line: 30-Day Guarantee Request.

  • Attach proof of program activity, including logs, photos, or screenshots from the app.

  • Our team will review the submission within 5 business days.

  • If all eligibility requirements are met, the refund will be processed accordingly.

  • If additional documentation is required, customers must provide the requested information within 7 days of our review request.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.


Terms & Conditions

  • Refunds apply to the initial purchase price only and do not cover any additional services or products.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 35 days of the program start date.
