You absolutely can meal prep and consume the same meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the week on the Transform plan. For vegetarian days, you can also have the same meals both days. To access your meal plan before the start date, you can swipe through the calendar in the app and select the date when both your meal plan and workouts will be available. If you're following a gluten-free diet, you can simply select the GF button to choose from gluten-free meal options provided in the app. Even your pre-workout snacks are included in your daily two-snack allowance.
