How do I access the Transform app after purchase?Updated 9 months ago

After purchasing a Transform program, you can gain instant access to the app. Firstly, download the Transform by Fitazfk app from your mobile app store. For new users, follow these steps:

1. After downloading the app, select 'Already purchased a challenge?'
2. Create an account using the email address associated with your purchase of the Transform challenge.
3. Enter all the relevant information required to set up your account.
4. Click on the Transform tab at the bottom of the screen and click 'start' to begin your program.

If you are already a user and have updated the app, simply log in with your current details, and your newly purchased challenge should appear for you to 'start' in the 'Transform' tab.

Should you encounter any issues where the app is asking you to repurchase the level or if you're unable to see your program, please ensure you are logging in under the correct email account. If problems persist, contact customer support with a screen recording of the issue, or for immediate assistance, sign in with your correct email address, usually the one used on purchase (Mail).
