Shipping Policy

Dispatch & Order Fulfilment times

All orders will be dispatched Monday through Friday during business hours, except Australian national holidays. Allow for minor dispatch delays during launch, sales, and particular cases, as we handle high-volume orders; we're doing our best to get them to you as soon as possible. 

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, we cannot promise exact delivery dates. Couriers may encounter delays, and customs clearance can also impact delivery times. TRANSFORM by Fitaz will not be liable for any losses due to delayed delivery. If you are planning to travel, please allow ample time for your delivery.

Courier Communication

Our couriers may contact you via email or phone about your delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delays if you are uncontactable. If your parcel is returned due to being uncontactable, the return shipping fees will be deducted from your order value. 

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and send it to our customer experience team. Please be careful when opening the product, mainly when using sharp instruments, to avoid additional damage. TRANSFORM by Fitaz is not responsible for damage caused by improper opening.
