What is the difference between Level 1 and Level 2?

Level 2 is for those who have completed level 1, or already have a base level of fitness (working out 2-3 times pert week already).In level 2 you will the complexity of movements increase and an overall increase in load and time under tension.

What equipment do I need for Level 2?

For level 2, you will need the Transform Equipment pack (skipping rope, booty bands, power bands, sliders, resistance bands) and you will also need to source some dumbbells. The great thing is, we have made the first two weeks to be completely equipm
